Payment
We require payment with order. When you click on “order” at the checkout, you will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details. We accept Switch, Delta and Mastercard.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when you place your order and are not held in clear text on any website. Nor are they held by Metalsontheweb.co.uk in any retrieval system. The minimum amount of information required by Natwest to process the transaction is transmitted to them by secure link.
Packing and Shipping
We charge shipping at cost, with the exact amount being displayed at the checkout before you confirm your order.
Out of stock items
Unforeseen circumstances will occasionally result in an item being out of stock. In this eventuality, you will be informed by e-mail of the likely despatch date, and given the opportunity to cancel. If you take this option, the cost of this item will be refunded immediately.
Discrepancies
We would ask you to advise us of any shortage, incorrect shipment or transit damage within three working days of receipt, or of non-delivery seven days after your order was placed. Any such errors will be rectified entirely at the expense of Metalsontheweb.co.uk. We cannot, however, accept any responsibility for incorrect items being ordered. This policy in no way affects your statutory rights.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all stock items within two working days of receipt of your order. Delivery will be made either by first-class post or by overnight carrier, but please allow a further three working days for delivery to you.
Export
Although there are no restrictions of the export of any product that we supply, delivery can only be effected to an address within the United Kingdom, and the transaction must be provided in sterling.
